Zero Spot Cleaners

The guys were delayed due to some previous job but can say they did fairly a good job when they were done. They were quite courteous waiting for me to come back to inspect before they left. No problems faced with estate agent either. Thanks for the good job.

SCAMMER !!!! BE WARE COMPANY MAKES YOU PAY UPFRONT FOR SERVICES AND THEN DOES NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY ALSO CAUSED PROPERTY DAMAGE AND BECAME ABUSIVE WHEN CONFRONTED - LIED IN INVOICES AND REFUSED TO RECTIFY BOND CLEAN. HAVE REPORTED TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS

Poorly managed service with overworked, underpaid staff and a rude manager. They turned up 2.5 hours late to an end of lease cleaning job that they had put in a written quote for and had accepted the job. The contract was for steam cleaning carpets in 3 bedrooms and for general floor, cabinet, kitchen and window cleaning. On arrival they doubled the quote and then stated that they would do the cleaning over 3 days for 2 hours a day as they did not have the staff. They demanded full payment prior to starting the job. Luckily we were able to arrange the cleaning services of another company and did not use their services. Avoid them at all costs.

worst cleaning company ever, doubled up the cleaning bill, steam clean carpet was included in the bill, however, they only did simple vacuum, and just skip steam clean!!

They are the worst cleaning company I have ever experienced. Firstly he turned up on the wrong day. He then turned up 45 minutes late. Then he did the most horrible clean I have ever seen we complained and he came back and did another horrible clean. The carpet cleaning did nothing he just wet the carpet it was horrible. Absolutely furious we paid $200 for this.
