We had our backyard and side yard concreted very early Jan 2019. We found most business was closed or not answering their calls but Robert was able to attend onsite the same day of the call and provide us with on the spot quote. We obtained 4 x quotes from different local concrete contractors and his was the most competitve. We also liked that he could start within a few days of notice. Robert and his team arrived ontime on the nominated day, communicated well with us and worked with us to provide us with what we needed for our back and side yard. We appreciated their experience and expertise. We are happy with their service and would recommend them.

please be very CAUTIONS (aware) before dealing with Robert from Firmcrete. I deposited 10% of the quotes in his BSB/Account mentioned in the quote on 08 Oct 2018. He never turned up to the job the days he promised, Robert put a truck like skip bin in front of the house, blocking the road and blocking the driveways for nearly a month. He couldn't even tell me when he will start my job. Robert said he will start weekend, then Monday or Tuesday, then in 8 days, but never turned back. He promised to refund the money back, and never did with any proof. I have been chasing for my refund since he cancelled the job. I am attaching all the proof. Please be very carefully before dealing with Robert from Firmcrete business, until you happy to loose your money. I want if this business reply to my negative review back, they should attach the refund receipt as a proof. I have been in stress and tension for past many days and now seeking my legal options.

Robert and his team delivered on their promise to turn around over 100sqm of our difficult new driveway on a steep block in 1 day. They were still putting the finishing touches to their work as the light went down....even after starting at 6.30am!
