The owner Pratap was very rude. He ignored our request to not to cut the pizzas which is completely against customer service policy. Extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked to change the pizzas, he said it is not allowed- when multiple branches including seven hills meet this request. My daughter is allergic so we find it best to cut the pizzas ourselves. The fact this small request was not being accommodated is extremely unprofessional and the owner was extremely disrespectful.
