We had Brooke install a pedestrian gate and motorised gate and are over the moon with the way they have come up .brooke was very understanding of what we needed and delivered in the time frame .

I spent over $3K with this business, for a motorised driveway gate. To my disappointment, although Brooke provided a quality product, he does not provide post-sale/after-sale customer service support. I have attempted to reach him by phone no less than a dozen times, left several voice messages and sent numerous text messages. Brooke has not had the courtesy to return any of my calls or responded to any of my messages. He works from his garage and will not provide his business address so other than mobile phone or email, there is no way to get in touch with him. if I have a warranty issue, looks like I would have to pay someone to sort it out. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with Brooke’s customer service.
