Damaged driver dropped it and ran yer gat camera footage

xcellent service from both the drivers and Naomi in the office. We have a very long gravel driveway and most couriers find it too difficult to deliver. Not so for Aramex Bendigo, all of our deliveries have been brought up to our home with no issues at all. One of the best couriers in Bendigo. Leah and Steve are running a fantastic little business !!

Terrible!!! Everything terrible!!

Driver standing there face to face and refusing to pick up parcel for delivery, although already paid for in full online. Franchisee lady is rude and abrasive and wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face



Melbourne office however was fantastic and extremely helpful.

They refused to deliver to my area 30 min from their depot, and hung up on me even though I was politely trying to find a solution to their stubborn refusal to even listen to the situation that occurs in my little country town. They asked for an alternate address which I had to email through their website, which then didn't work, and then they completely ignored the email I eventually did manage to successfully send. Overall a massive saga, and I still have not yet received the parcel!!

Called to inform me they don't deliver to my area, she was rude and abrasive I don't remember her saying her business name so a blocked phone number made it impossible when I couldn't find them. I had to call ebay for directions.

Never have I had such terrible service but by her actions it happens regularly

Don't deal with this company

very poor service wont deliver to my area yet can deliver to a town 1/2hr away (route going right past where i am) had parcel sitting in bendigo depot for a month when i rang and asked what was going on i was told they wont deliver to my area waiting for another courier company to take over, told them i will get a friend to pick up tomorrow they sent the parcel to Melbourne in the morning i had to wait another fortnight for it to arrive, another parcel they had sitting there for 3 weeks before they decided to send it back to the sender after being contacted with and not replying. would not recommend the company to anyone, just get stuffed around

Fastway, Bendigo - The worst customer service that I have ever experienced!
