A1 Collision Repairs

I was very happy with there service and stuff are very helpful and friendly.

They repaired my Mum's car very well. She was not insured so they made a special effort to reduce costs, and sourced the best parts they could second hand, also advising me how i could reduce costs further. The staff and owner understood my needs and kept me informed the whole way. After a while i learned to trust their judgement and the result was a great job at a good price. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

If I could give this company 0/5 stars I would. Horrible service, horrible staff! Definitely shouldn't be a suncorp recommended repairer. Broken parts in my car and they said they wouldn't fix it. They then proceeded to tell me, and I quote: "your car is a piece of s***, it's not even worth fixing." Wish I could think of the right words to describe how frustrated I am, but this is beyond words! Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!

A1 panel do not do anything right. I put my car in for a jod after an accident and Peter said he do a good job . But when I picked it up after the job the battery bracket and tray was missing and the wrong guard was fitted the wrong flair the wrong head light and the bonnet was resprayed with no prep.

Could not be happier with the work done by A1 Collision Repairs. They provided my family with emergency repairs to our car so that we could get away to Christmas holidays on time. The remainder of the work was completed upon our return and they did a five-day job in only four days! The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I can recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their car.

After having my car fixed at this shop, they put driving lights into my car and did not adjust them, i took it back to the owner of the shop and he told me they were "normal" if you call normal having no light on the right hand side of my car and the left hand side lit up like a Christmas tree "normal" I don't think so! I ended up taking it to another repairer, he took one look at my lights and said they are any where but "normal"! I then had to pay to have them adjusted properly. I also found bits on my car that were broken when picking the car up and was not told about these parts, but to be told oh we have to order that when I called back! and again 5 weeks later i found parts missing on my car again and I was told oh we have to order that AGAIN with out taking responsibility that they had made a mistake, but of course I had to find these missing bits my self. They left buffer on the outside and parts on the leather in side my interior which i had to get off my self. Now I have just noticed that the side panel of my car is not straight and clearly looks different to the side that didn't get repaired, I will defiantly not be returning to A1 to get it seen to. save your self a major head ache!!!

Fast Friendly Service, was kept informed at all times, excellent job would reccomend to all.

Poor service,left filler and overspray on thecar, pieces missing. Rude and unhelpful staff. Save youself a headache and use a different body shop.
