Perez Fencing

Following some brutal weather + unbeknown to us...a decade of a rusted out frame/base, I contacted the team at Perez, they quoted up from pics and some info, arranged to replace our damaged fence panels & some frames that were shot. They came and did the job within a reasonable timeframe. No issues at all

I have sent numerous emails with one reply. Keegan came out 6 months later and apologised and said it will be sorted next week.... that was 3 months ago. I've emailed another 3 times with no reply. I would not use these guys if youre in a hurry and like communication

If I could leave a zero I would!

These guys were the worst part of my new build. Poor communication with no urgency what so ever. Like everyone else who’s left a 1 star review has said.

Terrible workmanship, I honestly don’t know how they got the contract with the estate. It took them well over six months to install my side gate (when they quoted 6 weeks) and they couldn’t even do that right, left it uneven and not freely accessible and still expected me to pay. I could’ve just fixed it myself and not paid the rest of what they quoted me but it wasn’t the point. When they finally did a botch fix up they sent me the rest of the bill and I was that over it that I just paid it so I didn’t have to deal with them any more! They weren’t even worth half of what they quoted me.

NEVER AGAIN! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

I rarely write reviews, but after waiting since December 20, 2024, for Perez Fencing to complete my fence, I feel compelled to share my experience. All I’ve been waiting for is one single panel to be installed, and despite countless promises, I’m still without it.



I’ve been very clear from the beginning that I have a 2-year-old son who is full of energy, and I need the fence panel to install a gate to keep him safe. Despite this, I’ve received excuse after excuse. First, I was told they were waiting on an order from suppliers – this was back in December. Then, I was told they would “add me to the run sheet” along with other houses in my area. Turns out, everyone else got their fence completed, but not mine.



Next, I was told the crew only works half days because the metal gets too hot to touch in the heat, and they couldn’t wear gloves. When I asked why they didn’t just wear gloves, I got another excuse. I followed up again, and was told it would be finished “this week” – but of course, it wasn’t. I was told multiple times that someone would contact me to provide an update, but no one ever did. I had to follow up repeatedly, and each time, I was met with more vague responses, including one promising the fence would be finished today (Tuesday), yet here I am – still no fence.



The lack of communication, repeated delays, and complete disregard for my situation have been beyond frustrating. It’s clear that Perez Fencing has no sense of urgency, and I can’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service. I just want the fence completed, but it seems like that’s asking too much from this company.



Avoid them if you want your project done in a reasonable timeframe.

This company is terrible. They take your money and never do the job. There contractor lied and sent an invoice asking for extra payment for landscaping when he never even showed up for the consultation to discuss what we wanted done. It took weeks for him to show up so we could discuss what we wanted done. They are very slow or pretty much never reply to emails

Would not recommend to anyone. Long wait, poor communication (emails ignored especially when problems arise), poor workmanship and complete denial that it’s any of their problem. Not a month after install and the corner of the wall been ripped out from usage. Blamed on the usage but even if you slam the door shut (which was not the case), a normal wall corner would not get ripped out. It’s due to the fact the bolt was installed so close to the corner of the wall that has weakened the wall and therefore it broke exactly where the bolt is.



Business unwilling to resolve issue and take any responsibility. Even when I said I would repair the wall but I want the bolt and door relocated so there is more clearance and this doesn’t happen again.



Bletchley park estate elected contractor, I suggest you find your own contractor for fencing

My god, the lady Jess who answers the phone is rude. Talked to her for the first time and it was exactly the opposite of what you would call customer service. If you want to lose potential customers, she is the perfect person for the job
