Electrician arrived without tools or ladder, asked me a series of technical questions I couldn't answer and then proceeded to ask the same questions again and again. He repeated 15 times that I needed a generator. When I protested that he was badgering me he threatened to leave me without power. I got a generator from the neighbour. When I returned he threw a pen and a faulty switch at me. He had mis-diagnosed the problem and it did not require a generator.
