Please don’t use these guys. Have just found out they haven’t submitted council paperwork and it’s been nearly12 months since they were here. Had issues with dishwasher installation tried to blame our kids for incorrect use when he never installed it correctly in the first place. Got an extra 4 holes in our brand new cabinets. Was told they sealed under the sinks - they didn’t! Now when trying to contact them they refuse to answer their phone. Customer service is atrocious.

From the quoting, giving me a schedule with dates and what they would be doing each day, everything was quick and efficient service. They answered any questions I had, when they found unexpected problems they got right onto it and got the job done. Highly recommend.

These guys are bad news, they did extra work without permission, my hot water tap permanently leaks after the work they did, I had no cold water pressure in my shower and toilet and when trying to sort things out with the bill, the owner talked over the top of me and basically called me a liar and said he was going to take back his pipes, didn't even give me a chance to work out a solution. When I got home from work, I found he had trespassed on my property, jumped my side gate which is a high gate and is locked and cut all the pipes and took them, even a long bit of pipe that wasn't his. They have done this before so I found out. Avoid at all cost.
