Laser Plumbing Granton

Absolutely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I highly recommend everyone to AVOID this company.
I made an appointment on Friday afternoon to have someone come to my house Monday morning at 9:00am

I waited around all morning , I tried Calling, Texting and Emailing this company with no reply.

In the end i had to leave home as i had things to do all day.
I started heading out of my home town to low and behold i find the Laser Plumbing van heading out of the town aswell.

I get a pathetic excuse via sms stating that the person who was in my area has been held up and they are stuck at a job.

The company didn't like being caught out on their lie after i told them it was funny because i am following the van to Hobart.

Fair enough they may have been busy, but a courtesy call would not have gone astray, and then to Lie about it, That was pisses me off.

I hardly complain but todays service from LASER PLUMBING GRANTON was absolutely Terrible
