Management use bully tactics to avoid fixing known defects. Virtually no communication, poor service and below quality build.
Don’t waste your money.
Have had to go to NSW Fair Trading and get this company on the radar of the NSW Building Commissioner.

Jasara were contracted as the final builder by Pullmans Magenta Shores, Magenta NSW for their off the plan development and we purchased a property off the plan. Building inspection determined after construction by Jasara of our property as “poor quality workmanship”. And our list of defects were a mile long. One being ‘mould’ which presents a health risk to us. They fixed some defects but not all at this stage.
Our kitchen was put in the wrong way round and the building manager Joseph stated in front of the development manager of Magenta Shores that he would ‘not’ rectified the mistake as it was too difficult - even though it was their mistake and not according to our contracted building plan. We fought this and won. The kitchen after much duress was finally put back the right way. We should have never been refused legally by Jasara construction management for a defect to be corrected in the first place.
Builders took without permission items which were included in our contracted property such as our kitchen bench-tops and kitchen cabinets that was included in our building contract plan, and cost of property on settlement. That we will fully pay for but will never receive on payment as builders took it.
We upgraded our bath with no reimbursement for the one we already paid for. Our bath was damaged and Jasara replaced it. The builders then, against our permission, put our damaged bath up for sale saying they paid for it and it was theirs. To our knowledge the builder did not pay for our new bath out of their pockets, but builder Tommy, put it in his name for sale on marketplace against our permission.
When we refuted this Tommy (builder) rudely laughed at us over text and said ‘we paid for it’. I do not believe the builders paid for it themselves but stated it was theirs.
We asked for the head of Jasara constructions to speak with. He gave us the number of his construction manager friend Joseph instead. The building manager Joseph said it was not ours (the bath in question) because we do not own the property. Really???? not according to Magenta Shores who we purchased the property off and it’s before lawyers for settlement. We have the rights over our items stated in our contract that we will fully pay for on settlement and will not receive some because Jasara builders took them without permission under the watch of the construction manager.
We never received payment for the initial bath we purchased and replaced for another fully paid one (upgrade), the replacement damaged bath was to compensate for this in our knowledge. When we refuted the builders selling our bath as stated above, we immediately went to check on it. It was taken off our property by builders, strictly against our permission. Joseph manager stated that they, the builders, were selling it to pay for their barbecue get together. They had no right to do this and we seek to take it further.
We were treated in a bullying manner by this construction management twice as described when trying to discuss these issues civilly. The management of Jasara and building construction defects are the worst we have come across. The defects have disadvantaged us as our settlement will be delayed until they are rectified and up to quality building standard. I cannot recommend the management, customer service or building quality of Jasara constructions and would never contract them as either part of an off the plan construction builders or a personal building contract ever again.

Build quality is very bad in my view. Poor materials. And very bad customer service. I would not use them again
