      sorry service - sack the cab driver who accepted booking

      Phoned for a Premier cab early 1 hr before required, they accepted booking.[ as I had a specialist appointment ] allowing more than 40 minutes to get from home to parramatta but no cab arrived, after phoning numerous times we find out the driver decided to decline the trip at the last minute .We are not happy with what happened

      Absolutely rubbish service - DO NOT USE

      On the 05/12/2019 @ approx 3pm Carlingford Court Reception requested a collection from Carlingford Court going to Thallon St Carlingford. They rang several times requesting updates with the Taxi never showing up. The passenger (who was never picked up) was an 87 year old man who was left wandering around Carlingford Court for over 2.5 hours awaiting on one of your Taxi's. Luckily someone took him home

      Order a cab day before on line, cab due 07.30 next day no car turn up rang company we had no car available to pick you up. Missed my train to get us to the airport. DO NOT USE THESE TAXIS.
