Very unprofessional and rude!

Had my vehicle towed there by my insurer a few weeks ago for repair. Contacted them to find out the progress only to be told they have done nothing and put everything on hold because the third party(a friend of theirs) had contacted them about paying for the repairs privately under the table. Even tho I am fully insured and have already began the claim these unprofessional people think it’s ok to bypass myself and my insurance company who are the actual clients just to appease there friend who has no rights to dictate or slow down repairs on my vehicle.

Now there friend will receive a towing bill ontop to have the vehicle towed to and repaired by a different repairer. Not to mention the weeks of hire car wasted due to them stalling the repairs.

Absolutely appalling behaviour by a buisness. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you are needing repairs because these unprofessional fools won’t give you anything but a bigger headache.

Brang my car in after an incident, Told me he’d put the claim through and order the part. Left there thinking it’d get done and my car would be fixed within a month or two. Called two months later and parts still hadn’t been ordered. When Queried about it and told after two months without even processing a claim it wasn’t good enough he hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend.

I worked for Paul before and I learned a lot.

If I ever needed work done to my car, 4x4, truck, bus etc etc I would not chose anybody else . Regards Rik
