TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

The person answering the phone had the worst attitude when I asked when my delivery was coming. The communication of this company is extremely poor! She was rude, had no manners, and even called me racist and questioned whether I could understand her English. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! DO NOT EVER EVER USE IT FOR DELIVERY.

Worst Delivery driver

I ordered two Sofa's from Ebay store in Melbourne they were suppose to ship to Sydney via this Hunter Courier service.



If Only I could give them zero, the driver was freaking lier, firstly he showed without a prior notice or no communication of delivery plus I wasn't home, two big boxes left outside which are 22KG each, the driver called to advise that he left the boxes outside when I told him my wife will open the door and just put them inside the property, the driver then changed his statement saying that I left, when he clearly told me earlier that he is just there, unfortunately this was a company the seller on ebay chose to do business with, these clowns shouldn't be allowed to operate a delivery business.

No delivery - no explanation

I ordered a bed bundle from an online retailer, and they used Hunter Express to ship it to me. They provided a tracking number, and (based on the info on Hunter Expresses site) Hunter Express took 2 weeks to ship it around and then lose it at one of their depots. No answers, and no explanations. Would never use them for anything again.

Australia’s Shame

Without doubt the best example of a disgraced logistics company. The slowest possible delivery times matched with the most shameful customer service experience known to man. How this nightmare of a business is still trading is a mystery to mankind. Your entire service is shameful and you should be embarrassed. Google shows that 90% of your customers are strongly dissatisfied, funny enough seek proves that your staff also show repulsion towards this laughable business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON

I wasted an entire day waiting for my delivery that was assured by HUNTER EXPRESS I phoned the company three times during the day and received some lame excuse about drivers working late or no info available i will call you back and they never did

Dreadful service

I received packages twice that had to get sent back because this dreadful courier service didn’t take due care and broke over a $1000 worth of goods

I watched the driver drop my package on the road out of a truck and drag it across the road and it got broken, I took pics of him and my goods and he ran off and didn’t care ...just dropped it on my driveway and made comment it’s only a tent and left, totally appalling service

Worst possible service in the transport and logistics business in australia

Hunter express is the worst possible company in the transport and logistics business within australia. Est delivery on a $2000 package was 4 days. 7 days later still nothing. Call their number and you will be on hold for 45 minutes and then it just cuts you off and hangs up. Numerous emails sent and no reply to any of them at all. No form if communication with them is possible period atleast for the adelaide office anyways. YOU HAVE BEEN CAUTIONED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD. And there are many many more reviews just like this on if you try amd search them on facebook.
