It’s 10:07am and they still don’t have soft drinks and I’ve been here since 9:27am cause my daughter is having her breakfast

The McDonald’s at Hinchinbrook is the worst one, we bought a breakfast, the meals is so cold and hard even tea coffee or hot chocolate is cold I open my bacon and egg burger the bun is half looks like someone eat it and put it back and this is not a first time it’s happened all the time it’s just waist our money, even there workers are the worse too

Really dirty. Tables not tidied, floors littered. Staff too busy talking to friends. Others needed to have some customer friendliness. Toilets broken and flies inside galore. Windows had pickles all over them.

I would rate this store a minus 2 every time I order from your store I have to wait in the waiting bay only to get cold food the order is wrong or things are missing really disappointed with the service from your store the manager should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm not one to make a complaint but worse customer I have ever had at a McDonald's restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for my meal and was the only customer in the store. Fries were cold and oily. Manager on duty Simon argued that they were not cold did not handle it in a professional manner and squashed a fry with his fingers. He then asked me if I wanted fresh fries. Tables were dirty and leftover rubbish were still on the tables. The staff were unprofessional as they were screaming and saw one eating at the burger area wearing a create your menu hat. After seeing all this and the time for my meal, I asked a refund as I was unsatisfied. I would not recommend this McDonald's restaurant to anyone.
