This company lacks both pride and integrity. I recently purchased a matte pink basin, and the color I received was completely different from what was advertised online. The owner, Fadi, has been extremely difficult to deal with, exhibiting rude and aggressive behavior. Despite numerous email exchanges, he insisted that I must pay for postage both ways, claiming that I simply changed my mind and that there was nothing wrong with his product. He also refused to take phone calls or respond to further emails. The issue was never resolved.

They charged me $75 for delivery yet did not deliver my sink. They refunded the sink, so all up a poor experience at my expense. This is the first time I have ever had a non-delivery, let alone being charged for it too.

i highly recomend anyone to come renolink when look to renovate. amazing customer service, quality products an price!

The sales team of Fadi, David and Sahil gave me good service and advice on their products. And when I had a small problem with my vanity, Fadi was excellent in repairs.

I bought a Shaving Glass Cabinet and couple of days later when the plumber opened the packaging it had a damage to it and when I contacted the business they gladly agreed to give me a refund.

They are all lies, there warranty is lies, they tell you everything has warranty when you purchase but when you claim, the warranty does not exist.



Their products are cheaply made we bought everything for our bathroom and kitchen in the black accessories and now after only 3 - 4 months use they are all turning a gold brass color the black is coming off. Avoid this company at all cost you will lose your money and no support or warranty and will not return your calls or messages. Very dissapointed.

I have purchased many bathroom items from Renolink now on numerous times and they have the best prices, best service and the whole process is just simple, they even recommended a good shower screen installer. They have a good system from purchasing directly or over the phone (I've done both) to warehousing on site too with easy pickup. Ask for Manuel his service is excellent!
