Additionally, Michael mentioned in our January invoice that our aquarium had issues with the lights and the failure to address this has been detrimental to our corals. Our aquarium was ignored until, upon our insistence, Codie came yesterday and fixed the aquarium back up to standard with the lights however this does not replace the fish and corals that we've lost during this timeframe.

We haven't even received an apology for the devastation that Fish Tales has caused due to their negligence, let alone an offer to replace all our eaten fish and dead corals. We are extremely disappointed with Fish Tales and the fact that they don't seem prepared to take responsibility for our aquariums significant loss in life, or considered the cost of replacing the damage which has occurred as a direct result of their failure to properly care for our aquarium.

After almost 1 year of nagging Fish Tales to regularly service our tank each month despite this being their recommendation and despite us being extremely punctual payers who paid immediately and consistently at every service, Micheal abandoned the care of our aquarium for past 3 months. This is despite knowing that our aquarium spends significant periods of time unsupervised.

We had an automatic feeder installed but sadly due to the timeframe we have had approximately 16 of our 22 fish eaten by the others in our tank as a matter of their survival because the feeder was empty for an unknown period of time.
