This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, easily.



Late on arrival and the majority of our furniture was damaged during the move. We raised this with the manager and he told us we must have damaged it all ourselves prior to the move. Offered $100 and refused to entertain the idea that they could have done anything wrong.



QCAT claim 10 months later and now they are prepared to pay a four figure settlement outside of their insurance. We had to argue every step of the way to get this resolved. Ideally, I would just like all of my furniture to have not been damaged. Rubs salt into the wound if the company is going to deny any wrongdoing.

Very happy I went with OzWide Movers! Big thanks to Luis and Peter for making a stressful move so much easier. They were professional from start to finish, helped us set up the rooms, and the job time was exactly as they estimated.



All the furniture was wrapped and protected, and everything was moved with care – not a single thing damaged. They were even fine working without power at the new place, which was a huge relief.
