Originally hired these guys to to finish my bathroom renovation and they did an outstanding job. Decided to hire them to replace the exterior weatherboards and window frames of my house too which had rotted away over the years. I wasn't confident they could handle the outside to the same high standard that they did the inside work for me previously. Wrong. These guys are the real deal. If they say they can do something then they can. Inside and out they are great at what they do. They are also people of great integrity and care for the job and the people they work for. Thank you again and will use you guys again for my next project. Highly recommended!

Dean and Eliana did a rush job of a shower renovation over the weekend for us and we are more than happy with the workmanship and outcome. Dean and Eliana completed a fantastic renovation on my parent's bathroom. They were very professional and competent whilst still being very friendly and caring to an elderly couple. The workmanship is of a very high standard and their quote was very competetive. They went out of their way to help when we realised we ordered the wrong shower screen and sorted out the mixup without any fuss, even taking the wrong one back to the shop for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future and will be recommending them to other family members and friends.

They just completed the decking and sliding door for my unit last 2 weeks ago. The work was efficiency and accurate. With the bad weather recently , they cut the window and installed the sliding door in a day. Dean gave me idea how to fix the problem and gave me resonable quote for the job. I was well informed throughout the work until the job completed. They are trustworthy couples and I felt comfortable leaving the house for the day while they were working in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for small job and big renovation.

I read the reviews on Dean & Eliana's Home Maintenance ad and was suitably impressed with the positive comments. I decided to call them for a quote for my finishing touches which including painting ,caulking and other small maintenance jobs. They were punctual and the quote recieved was well within my budget . They also made some suggestions on someother improvements which was highly appreciated and accepted. I accepted the quote on the spot and a date was scheduled.
Dean & Eliana completed the project in the time frame they stated and were very professional throughout the time.They continually cleaned up after themselves and left my house clean. I was suitably impressed with the completed project .

We had Dean and Eliana renovated our bathroom and did a couple of other plumbing jobs for us recently. We hired them after reading their brilliant online reviews. True enough, we are very happy to have engaged them. They were easy to deal with, professional, polite and hardworking. They took time to listen to our needs and ideas and provided valuable suggestions for us. We had some delays with the electricians but Dean and Eliana were very understanding and worked around that. What impresses us was that they were very responsible and had good communication throughout. They kept us informed of the progress and involved us in major decision points to ensure we are happy with the end result. From our dealings with them, we found that Dean and Eliana are genuine, humble and down to earth. They are also great with children; which is a big plus as we have a nosy toddler here! We entrusted Dean and Eliana with the task of rennovating our dated Laundry into a Laundry and powder room. I am glad that I made the right choice. Normally I am quite busy and don't write reviews that often. But their honesty, hard work, puntuality, friendliness and dedication toward customer statisfaction made me write one straight way after the job was done. They provided very reasonable quote for the job and were quite flexible in accomodating various changes. Once they undertook the rennovation task at my place, they worked dedicatedly to finish it. They even came over the weekend and finished the job within the quoted cost despite facing some initial hicups. A number of times they went out of their way and accomodated things that I wanted. My new vanity didn't come with a drain, they bought one for me and absorbed the cost. Seeing that I was curiously watching their work, they didn't hesitate to take time and explain me why they were doing things a particular way. My kids enjoyed their company. Throughout the engagement my experience was that they didn't just work for money, their top priority seemed to be a happy customer. I think one review rightly said it is difficult to find people with such work ethics these days. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will definately recommend them to my friends and Family. I have just used Dean & Eliana Home Maintenance and am amazed that as I went to leave a review for the work they did for me that I have just seen a negative review of them. It is like they had a different Dean & Eliana to the one’s I have used. Not only did Dean & Eliana produce work to a very high professional level for me but even though they were busy with jobs for around 12 weeks, when I explained my predicament - that the original renovator we had hired to do our bathroom, laundry & toilet renovation in full had failed to follow any standards and that the work was of a very poor quality and we were forced to let him go but the renovation was now in limbo and already hit the 2 month since it started and it was only supposed to take 3 weeks according to our original renovator. I also told them that the renovation was for my 89 year old father and my disabled sister who would have no home to go to in 2 weeks as her husband had left her and as part of the divorce agreement her home that was fully equipped with disabled facilities has been sold. Dean and Eliana them said they would squeeze us in their busy schedule as not only are they very professional at what they do but they are also great people with a huge HEART who said they will rectify all the poor workmanship they had witnessed that could be rectified and get the place ready for my dad and in time for disabled sister to be able to move into as this situation was an urgent one. Dean and Eliana are great people, they communicate well, offer suggestions when issues arise and ensure that the customer is happy. I would recommend them to others who want work done as they turn up when they say they will and do the work to a very high level.
