V clean services

Never use this company. As the other reviews have stated, we had to get an additional bond clean done on our house and these people were absolutely useless - I could have done a better job blindfolded. One person arrived to do the bond clean with a bucket and mop - no vacuum cleaner and no carpet cleaner. I have tried several times to get hold of Tejinder, but he does not bother to return calls. They should NOT be allowed to operate

DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY - I hired them after a phone call with Taj (who always answers his phone like it's a personal call and never like a business - should have been my first clue). They sent one woman to do a full bond clean and when I arrived to pay and inspect the place the floors and carpets were soaked/wet and I felt I was unable to properly inspect her work, as I didn't want to muck up the floors. I refused to pay until he provided me with an itemized receipt with his ABN (so glad I at least got this!). While we waited for him to send this through I did point out all the cobwebs on the ceiling she had missed and on the lights (should've checked further so I could have seen just how bad the clean was!). We failed our rental inspection the next day, and when I called to get a cleaner back ASAP (as we were an international move and were assured this tight turn-around would 'be no problem') we were told she would come back the following day at 7am. I got a call at 6:30am from her saying she was going to be late, and then she never arrived! When I called Taj he hung up on me twice and then blocked my number. When I called from other numbers he would answer and then hang up. I threatened to report him and he said he would give me the cleaners direct number and I could manage her to re-do the clean myself. When I said that was not my job (to manage his cleaners) he hung up on me and did not pick up any further calls. We ended up having to re-do the clean (which was disgusting- the oven clearly hadn't been cleaned, the toilet wasn't wiped, the floors in the bathroom were not mopped, the cupboards were not wiped out, lights were not cleaned, interior windows or fans were not even wiped down at all). His company is registered to a personal ABN. I have reported him to the authorities and do not want anyone else to be scammed by him or this company. Save yourselves the money and buy cleaning supplies because if you do hire them you will likely end up having to do it yourself anyways.

Taz requested $200 deposit to be transferred before the clean would be started. Transferred the money and they never turned up. Requested refund and nothing.

The cleaners and the company spokesperson Taz were way below any standard for a cleaning service.

They called to change the day of the cleaning a few hours before the job was due. Then arrived late for the rescheduled time. They even tried to overcharge me from the Fixed Quote. They did a terrible job and my real estate agent asked them to come back and clean with a list. They were very rude to my real estate agent, and when they came back they didn't clean anything on the list. This company claims 100% bond back but they won't refund me for the terrible job they did and won't return to finish the job. claiming "We won't be responsible for anything." Never Use This Service.
