I can't recommend these guys enough, professional, courteous, and reliable. Dan & Rob are great communicators and informed me of what to expect, best practice when trimming gum tree's and why they never wear spikes when climbing native trees. The trees were surrounded by structures including a 150 year old coach house and what I thought would be a difficult job was made to look easy by these guys. All of the team were a delight to deal with and they worked as a well oiled machine to complete the job quickly and efficiently and they left my yard in a perfect condition.

Tree was trimmed ok,but when job was conducted spikes were used to climb the tree causing puncture wounds all over the tree. We have been advised by an independent aborist that this is bad practice and should only be used if tree is being cut down. So a disappointing experience. When I asked them about this practice I have not had satisfactory communications
