Friendly people, very happy to help, professional service, very quick turnaround times. Price match with PCCase Gear which is where I use to get my gear, but now I can support this local business, they're just awesome. I've recommended friends to them as well and they agree they are great.

Fixed the problem with my computer but in the process broke part of the exterior casing of my computer and neglected to inform me when i picked my device up

About 6 months ago I came in to the store with a good knowledge of computers and decided to test them on my purchase by acting as if I didn't know a lot at all.
I was lookinh to purchased 2 PC's, one for designing and one for gaming. She showed me the packages and I asked about certain oarts and how I can save more on both but still get the same/close performance.

She explained to me different graphics card options, processor options, PSU options and in the end I saved a total of $300 for 2 computers that were almost equal (even better in some areas) than the packages they have pre-set.

It then only took over night for them to build them and have them running for me.

All-in-all, great service. Very professional. I am very happy with both computers, prices are very fair and they are very informative.

Will be going in again for my fiances gaming computer this week.

This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, I dropped my phone off for a cracked screen and my phone was then damaged by them to the point it was no longer repairable. I should have just left my cracked screen. Not only did they charge me full price but the excuse they came back to me with was " I don't speak very good English you misunderstand me" in my opinion they all speak fine English. I have just lost a $1,200 phone plus $220 in repairs... I paid upfront when I dropped the phone off. biggest mistake.

I have just purchased two mid range computers from HiTech and have found them very good to deal with dose not appear that they want to rip you off . They have been very honest and helpful to deal with. After sale service and support is still to be tested but so far very good,
