The mechanics are helpful, they are worked off their feet by an arrogant rude owner who yells at women. I feel I was sidelined each time I was in, I arrived at 10am, not 8am which meant I was always last, thats fine, except it was the same deal where I had to wait for a full day again because a car part wasn't in the last time. All the waiting and issues, about 2k spent and the owner wanted to do a full road inspection again after I misplaced the form. I call up and get the employee that is cool; he just has to check the brakes. Wont take long. I call up today to check if this its ok and the owner rips it through me, his mind is so full of issues. He has respect with reacting badly and attacking people. I didnt see him treat the men like that though I must say. I hung up and told him if he has to do the whole thing again, then I will go someone where I WONT GET YELLED AT. I am a grown adult I dont need abuse from.. I would of paid for it if he hadn't been such a rude.. person. If he hadn't over exaggerated what would have to be done again, dictating an early time in an authoritative voice, and offloaded every issue with the government system. But he isnt an easy person to deal with. Wont be back obviously.
