They arrived earlier than I expected. Fault was diagnosed very quickly and the offending part replaced equally quickly. Very impressed and would thoroughly recommend them.

I enquired with this guys on April this year to get 2 seals fridge fixed in the kitchen were I work. Have called a thousand times. Nick which I believe is the person who runs the business has promised me , not kidding 4 times, he is coming "this Friday morning personally to get the seal fixed". Its an absolute joke. End up asking another company to get the job done. Biggest waste of time.

My husband and I thought we would support a local business, so we utilised K.C's Refrigeration.
Our freezer had been making some funny noises, K.C's came out and advised that there was ice build up under a protective cover. He proceeded to heat and chip away at the ice. I was in the living room and heard a loud release of Gas - I was told that it was because the ice had created pressure and crushed the gas pipe. A couple of issues with this line of thought, one of them being that ice won't freeze over gas but in addition we got a 2 other opinions, both of which advised us, in no uncertain terms, that some sort of tool had been hammered into the connection. This guy ruined our freezer and charged us $137.50 + the $1200 we needed to spend on a new one. We kept photo's of the damage and it just so clear what has happened. This guy denied any fault and took off with the money. It is disappointing when all we had wanted to do was give a small, local business support...
