Rang last week to try and get the last appointment of the day to get my tax done so I would not have to take time off work. I was offered an appointment for 10am Saturday so I took it. I was then offered Saturday morning overtime at work which I turned down as I had already booked an appointment. Only to turn up today to find the office closed. Very angry that not only am I not getting my tax done, but it has caused me to lose out on some extra income that I needed very much. I would not tecommend this business to anyone.
