we would like to make a special mention regarding Shaun who did the job. He was friendly happy and polite and did an absolutely fantastic job. His attention to detail was absolutely amazing. What a great tradesman. Extremely happy customers

This company would have to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Service is no existent. We paid a lot of money to get what was suppose to be our floating floor and re carpet the house. The workmanship on the floating floor was terrible to the point we had to demand that they come back and look at it. Steve's do not check on the people that lay the floors or their workmanship. After we finally got them to come to look at the floor it was decided it would be pulled up and redone. This was done using the existing floor that was pulled up and only 80% of the floor was done. I have now been waiting 3 months for Steve's to come and check the floor as it is still sub standard. I have been in to see them I have called them and been told we will get back in touch with you , none of this ever happens. There are also issues with the carpet that they are aware of but have made no effort to do anything about it. Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I have had
