MMA Property Maintenance

Hi, my name is Sunny. I recently contacted Miralem from MMA property maintenance. He advised i didnt require council for converting the sunroom into the living room. Based on that i paid him the deposit. When i contacted council, they advised conversion will be regarded as extension and i require approval. He lied to me and now he is not refunding my money. He said he didnt have any money and he will return whenever he will have. I am under lot of stress as my hard earned money is with Miralem. Please be careful my friends when think of contacting this company.
