the poorest customer service I have literally ever experienced with any business. It took 6 months and involving consumer protection for there to be any resolution after they sold me a faulty product. They would just hang up on me each time i contacted. Matthew the manager is great and decent, but the owner Brett is a nighmare.

I layby a motorcycle which they sold on me and they wouldn’t give my money back the only way I could get my money back was to spend it in their store,totally unfair

The customer service was amazing they helped me in every way?? I highly recommend this pawnbroker definitely the best company in Perth and there family owed!! I love the fact I know my money stays within Australia??

This store offered me 5% if what my goods were worth. I went elsewhere.

Shipped item to Victoria. Brayden was very helpful and prompt with packaging and sending item.

Always a pleasent visit with brett and the crew. And always in for a good deal and putting the customer first. Thanks guys
