Crystal Nails

Terrible. Paid $80 for gel nails that lasted 2 days. Called and went in and they refused to fix it for me.

Very disappointed. The male staff member cut the skin around my big toe, it bleed all day. Two days later toe swelled and I went to the doctors. $75 consult fee and $26.45 for antibiotics later, I returned to this apparently unhygienic shop front asking for a refund for the pedicure. This was refused. I've considered the risk of infection when visiting these nail bars in the past but being injured by them didn't cross my mind. Never again!!
