Charged me for the owner's mistake. Took some platinum there, did not tell me beforehand that I will be charged even if he failed to create jewelry with my metal. The stuff up metal was returned and got charged $100 for nothing and bad attitude, will never go back there again.

An unpleasant shopping experience. Took some gold and stone there, got a quote for a pendant made to order and gave him the job. During the process, the owner was really impatient and rude, so end up rather losing the deposit, took everything back and went elsewhere. Was really gladthat I did, I don't see how the business survive in the long run with such customer service.
