      Helpful knowledgeable helped me when other company let me down

      Matt and his team helped me following another company putting a dangerous tyre on my van. Unfortunately this time due to the continued messing about by their competitor, I was unable to get tyres from Goodyear. No fault of Goodyear.



      My wife and I have previously used the company for other maintenance for our 3 vans and personal car and had no issues.



      Will use exclusively going forward.

      Unreal they. remove the first review. Don't fix your tyre or your TMS would break.

      Unreal . they removed my negative feedback. As always they argue small portion



      Experience - bought 4 tyres with them (first they tried to sell the tyre that I did not want or order) and they brokeTMS a years ago when I asked them to replace the tyre. we just foundout when we tried to replace the tyre this year. They wrote in the paper that the TMS that was broken was LHR and when I brought the car to Lexus to fix the TMS, it turned out the tyre was on RHR. It cost Lexus his time and my money to open another tyre to fix TMS. He did not reply this issue. I ended up paying extra money to replace TMS.

      My family has been coming to goodyear gungahlin for the past 2 years because the service is excellent and prices are very fair.Always willing to help and go out of their way to drop me home and pick me up.Everything is explained well and honestly.Highly recommend this business.

      Had my commodore booked in at goodyear for four tyres and brakes allround
      the guys down there were really helpfull they supplied me with a courtesy car
      for the day. They had the whole job done by lunch time for me to pick up.
      and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone needing mechanical
      work and great deals on tyres... very happy with there overall sevice. Will start taking the family cars there now for everything thanks again goodyear gungahlin.....

      I took my skyline to get the disks machined and new pads installed, the day I left is the day I lost all hope in them. My breaks were squeeking so loud it was unacceptable and to make it worse they asked for more money to fix the problem they had created. Not happy and will never go to them again.
