Gunny Painter

I asked Eric to paint our house before we moved in. We paid Eric before we relocated, because he submitted an invoice stating work was complete. When we moved in, paint was spilled on the carpet, blinds were left off, incredibly poor painting quality (sections missed, paint runs, rubbish left on the walls and then painted over). We’ve been trying to get Eric back for 2 months, and he has stopped replying.
