Mount Pleasant Hotel

I just got back from lunch at the Mount Pleasant. Dead set, this pub deserves an award for the WORST PUB IN GYMPIE. Or anywhere for that matter. We ordered a meal to a woman who looked down her nose and couldn’t crack a smile to save her life, took 30 mins for our food to come out, despite the fact there was no one else there and our meals weren’t large, and then to top it off, I FOUND A DIRTY LONG BLACK HAIR TANGLED IN MY SALAD!!!! I took it back to her and she looked down her nose and said “I’ll make you a fresh salad”. No thank you! No offer for a refund, a chat, even an apology. It was hot and full of flies in the eating area too. Don’t go there for food! The staff are terrible.
