Couldn't recommend high enough

I ordered a skip just before the Australia Day it arrived promptly the next morning. Agreement was they will pick it up when I called and reiterated that term when I paid over the phone. When the skip was 3/4 full they just turned up and took it 6 days later. They keep promising to call me back and this never happens.
Avoid this company.
