He installed a new heating and cooling unit and within 4 months it failed. He refuses to attend to it and has different excuses why he cannot attend. I had to pay some one else to get it fixed - it was not the unit, it was the installation .

He wants money upfront and then refuses to give you an invoice.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO STOP THIS UNPROFFESSIONAL, BACKYARD REPAIRER! After taking nearly $2000 my equipment is now in the hands of a experienced professional to repair the job he did. I received nothing but unprofessional and discusting behaviour . I asked for a tax invoice receipt and it was not received so I now have to report him to the ATO ! There are many professional good people out there look for another service for your sake.

Re placed my condenser in salad bar.fridge. when I called after I paid and the salad bar was not performing to temperature I get text promises to return but no action taken . Now I have paid for a service that I have not received and no show to address this problem. After reading reviews as I should have done previously I have learnt this is a pattern so now I am left to take action. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR!

He sent his worker to install a few ACs for us. One wasn’t properly installed so within a few weeks, it stopped working. It’s been 6 months & he still has not come out to fix his mistake.

Unprofessional and rude. He advised to clean the gutter for the leaking issue, but it was not related to gutter. He didn’t bother to look up properly to find out the cause of the issue. I had to get someone else to fix it.
