Eclipse Security Camera Systems

I had a system installed by your company 12 months ago, I have rang your office several times about cameras That have dust specs inside the actual camera, I have also been into your office several times, where I greeted with a receptionist who tells me there is no one in the office at the moment, but I will get them to call you.. Of course I never get that returned call... We also enquired at one stage, about having some additional cameras installed to our system, we were told that one of the staff named?? lives in the area I live, so he would call in on his way home from work.. This fella rang and said he would call in after work, and guess what months down the track and we are still waiting... $5 or 6 thousand dollars we have spent with this company??? Would I recommend them? NO I WOULDNT.........

I have to say these guys know their product and the industry when it comes to security. My new wireless RISCO system has been installed now for 6 months, and with the iPhone app it it truely peace of mind. No question is too hard for Greg and his team and the service are outstanding.
