BEWARE and AVOID:



Very disappointing from JCE, we got Ben to install our windows and doors from a renovation and they were not done correctly at all. Cold wind blows through the windows even though they are shut closed. Our rooms are freezing cold even when the heaters are running which is increasing our power bills. Doors don't even close properly with gaps, nothing is flushed and dimensions are incorrect. One of the doors fly open when it is locked and does not close properly which is a big security issue.



The worst part is as soon as they receive the payment, communication ceases. We have constantly called, texted and attempted to communicate with JCE but they would not respond. They would not fix the issues they caused, and they gave false promises of parts being ordered or delivered. We have spent multiple months trying to get this sorted but they are not helpful at all.



We recommend to avoid JCE as we are taking further action against them, as we paid for a service and product from them which was not even close to installed correctly.
