Hi everyone read this short information before you sign contract with profound home for your new home please spend more time to find the right builder. Approaching any builder can charm you with their magical worlds is not enough better to do proper research of their customer service and work quality in google reviews in some case they ask their friends and families to write reviews for them. How can you recognise fake reviews if you see good reviews for profound home mostly he asks his friends and family members to write a fake review for him? I was his customer planning to build my home with him, I found him such a dishonest untrusted person I have never seen in my entire life wasted my money and my time. I don't recommend anyone to use profound homes to build their home. I trusted a 20-year friend approached him, after six months time finalizing means signed all related document paid 5% deposit of $612500 next day called me saying that he has forgotten some item to add on the original quotation I answered him saying everything was finalized cut the phone off next day send me an E-mail saying the contract is invalid from there on back and ford did not reach anywhere.Anyone wants more information about profound please call 0430549164. If you want your time and money is wasted going to deal with thief profound homes is one of them. Or want to pay double price for a normal home to choose profound, because Khodada has a thief character from there on you have no choice to pay extra money than the original quotation to complete your house. We custom built our first home with Profound Homes last year. The builder Kade Khodadad (Alimi) built according to our specifications. We had a good working relationship during the building process. After providing the builder with final payment we took possession of our house in April 2015. Upon moving in we soon found a number of areas of the home that required attention. Some of the issues are minor and some are major. These problems have not been rectified. After numerous attempts to contact Alimi (the builder) by email, text, and phone, he has chosen to ignore our requests. This has forced us to lodge a complaint with VBA (Victorian Building Authority), and subsequently VCAT. The VBA conducted an inspection of the property and presented a report which outlined areas to be addressed and attended to. The builder chose to ignore the requests from VBA and therefore we have now lodged a case with VCAT of which a hearing is pending. After making full and final payments with the builder, his aftercare customer service is very poor. We would advise anyone to think twice and conduct thorough research before proceeding. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience after following all the rules and regulations, and building protocol. This is not how we as customers should be treated.
