Ordered parts with Jodie sent to me in the U.K. parts incorrect sent pcb board back

Said would send money back to card.this has not happened been chasing for months just get promised

So ordered another board paid for it.

But as of yet still no refund for first board

Poor customer service. Contacted them due to clips on spa cover breaking, all 10 clips. Was told to email them with photos and they would return via email a quote. Cover came with Spa purchased would not have one of their covers again as they are poor quality. They have not sent me a quote or contacted me. I am going elsewhere.

Don't care about customer once they purchase. Offer to sell more parts at massively hiked price and try to suggest they are helping. Parts a third of price through pool shop locally
