Staycool Heating & Air Conditioning

Staycool is the Best company i have ever dealt with, They were prompt,proffesional, polite & did a fantastic job at a very competative price. I would highly recomend them.

Contacted Staycool Heating & Air Conditioning (May 2015) to service the evaporative air conditioner. They had a 2 for 1 deal going where for a small extra charge they would also service the gas heater. I agreed to this and paid in advance (as required by Staycool).
Well, never again will I use this company. Their heavy-handed servicemen rendered my gas heater useless. With no spare parts supposedly available I was left with a broken heater that was working perfectly before they arrived. The servicemen couldn't leave the house quickly enough.

No compensation from Staycool was offered. However quotes for a brand new heater were provided with the cost around $3,000.

All I really wanted was for my air conditioner to be serviced, but agreeing to the 2 for 1 deal cost my wife and I a lot more than we bargained for. Of course the air conditioner was never serviced.

We have since purchased a new heater from another company but we should never have had to do this.
