Put quite simply, I am not happy with the service provided by Officeworks. My one star rating is for the lady at the call centre who was very nice. Having ordered a backorder item online i was promised three day delivery to my local store. Seventeen days after i placed the order I rang the shop and was told simply that it had not arrived. After ringing central command i was informed that my order would be in (probably) within 7-10 working days or 24-27 days after my order was placed. I asked if the order could be redirected to a Sydney store and was told that this was a pretty long process and i would be better off cancelling my order any placing it again.
