They were very easy to have in the house with a friendly & approachable style & kept us up to date with the progress of the job , not to mention they turned up when they said they would . Troy and his team of tradies designed, ripped out and completely resheeted , refloored and receilinged our very outdated bathroom. He kept to his time schedule for completion of the bathroom, did a fantastic job in building the new bathroom and he always went above and beyond when he needed to. Nothing was too much trouble for his team. His communication with us was excellent and he and his tradies were always very polite, clean and tidy when working in our home. This was very important to us as we have two small children who they worked around without any trouble.

His after job support is excellent. Any little problems that have surfaced after he completed the job have been resolved very promptly. This was important to us as We know that we can still ring troy and he will answer our call and send the appropriate tradie back.

We are really pleased with our bathroom reno that Troy has done for us. The reno included completely gutting an existing bathroom, enlarging it, matching fancy ceiling quad in the rest of the house, removing a spa bath and generally updating the look of the room. A couple of the tradesmen told us how fussy Troy was about quality of workmanship and they needed to do their very best work.
