Women Washing Windows

I would rate this company a zero if I could. I was told my glass doors and windows, tracks and fly screens would be totally and professionally cleaned. What actually happened was some windows were not cleaned top to bottom and others had streaks. Fly screens were hit and miss. The tracks were mostly not cleaned and when this was brought to the owners attention, she stated that our tracks were so old that they were eroded. To prove this was not true, I took a cloth and ran it over a door track to reveal all the dirt left behind. She then said that dirt comes out when you roll a door or window back and forth and there is build up. This was after writing in her email that all build up would be removed. I was not going to get any further with her so told her okay as I wasn't going to argue with someone that refused to do the job they wrote and said they would. I paid the price agreed upon as I am a person of my word, unlike the owner of this company. They must have been in a hurry to go to the next job as they could not take off fast enough and I'm sure it wasn't because they did a sub standard job they were ashamed of. I advised the owner that I had been cheated out of the job I was promised they would do and my money. Her only comeback was that she was sorry that I found their work unsatisfactory. Awful way to treat a customer and run a business. Do not hire this company if you need your windows cleaned, thoroughly disreputable.
