Disgusting after sales warranty claim

Just had to deal with excessively loud suspension squeaking for 12m on a brand new NQR truck. Hillcrest agreed the suspension needed to be replaced, made me travel back several times to check.

12m later after constantly being forgotten and ignored, they finally call me up to replace it all.

I just collected it and the manager only just said, they only changed half as Isuzu wouldn't fix them all. Absolutely disgusted since the cost to replace springs is bugger all considering now, i will never ever ever buy another isuzu.

I bought my D-MAX there, friendly staff, I think the best part is they understand your situation and what you want, reasonable price considering there aint many ISUZU dealer around, all in all theyre doing alright with this little competition, especially keeping customer service up to standard.

A relative and I both bought cars from here that turned out to be dodgy. One was later revealed to have been in a crash, which was not told to us by the dealers despite us specifically asking. This resulted in a door not working properly some of the time. I purchased a convertible from them, in which the contract stated that the roof would be in working order and some other features of the car would be fixed. They claimed after i had placed a deposit down that those features could not be fixed. After realising a month later I realised that the roof was having issues, I took it in and they denied all responsibility. Im now down about $1000.
Not only this, but I had to wait two weeks longer to collect my car due to various excuses created by the salespeople.
