🚨🚨🚨WARNING🚨 🚨🚨
If your items are damaged at Star Laundromats by their faulty machines, they will tell you “note that use of a public laundry is at your own risk” and not even offer a refund, for services not received at their establishment. One of their Dryers Burnt 10 of my items and multiple customers commented on the burning smell after, by the looks of the black marks the dryer was close to catching on fire. After calling Star Laundromat, they couldn’t care less, not even checking on the faulty dryer. They said no refund and no compensation, as it is a public laundromat. (Total lie) I will find a different place to dry my garments in the future.
