To K. Stubard, CEO, I’m one of the co-owners of the property mentioned in the google review and personally arranged for the supply of the air conditioner. Lesley’s review is accurate and based on first hand experience. The installation was sloppy—rubbish was left on-site for months, and the unit failed within weeks due to the workmanship.



Simon dismissed our concerns without proper investigation, blaming the manufacturer instead of taking responsibility. A certified technician later confirmed the installation was faulty and reused old parts, which voided the warranty. While Simon refunded the install fee, he refused to accept any further accountability for the damage caused that rendered the unit unusable. This level of service is unacceptable. Your reply, and importantly your approach to Lesley only enforces the position to Avoid the business as our recommendation to others.



I urge you to reflect seriously on what occurred, including the behaviour shown throughout and the practical and legal implications of the actions taken. Operating without issuing compliant tax invoices may raise serious concerns under ATO regulations. Furthermore, performing substandard work that doesn’t meet Australian Standards may jeopardise licences and, as it has in this instance, has eroded our consumer trust..

Perhaps you need to review Misleading or Deceptive Conduct Under consumer protection laws (like Australian Consumer Law, Section 18 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If he shouldn't represent your business under your name then remove that representation from the website.
