A four and a half hour sitting was made so much easier thanks to Pete, what an interesting and funny guy! He was a total perfectionist and very talented when it comes to colour and realism. Thanks for the detailed aftercare instructions, my tattoo has healed beautifully! Paige :)

This place was completely let down by the guy sitting at the front desk. When I walked in the front door, he was at the front desk, so without even thinking I said "Hi, I have an appointment at 7." Seemingly, this is not the thing to say in a tattoo parlour as the guy replied with a smart "Really? Congratulations." Then turned away from me. He then proceeded to pass a smart comment about me to the lady who was about to do my tattoo. Maybe he thinks that working in a tattoo shop is so cool that good customer service doesn't matter? I am sure he is a good guy really but he really did not give a very nice impression to a first time customer, and made me feel very uncomfortable in there. Anyway, would highly recommend Cristiana who did my actual tattoos. I would give 5 stars if it was just based on her.

If you don't look like their target customer then the service is poor. Will did a rushed job which bleed and charged roughly double what had been originally quoted.
