They are always short staffed and rush the groom and as a result this is the second time one of my dogs has had an ear infection because they don’t dry the ears properly and now my other dog has a contact stomach rash that came up after the last wash

We have been using Anna and her team for our 2 Bichons for last 2 1/2 years - Always a great experience both from the cut and how happy our Boys are whilst hanging out there. Highly recommend!

Warm and welcoming, allowing pets to be at ease in a relaxed and safe area. No cages! We now have two beautifully groomed Australian Terriers, one of whom is normally nervous of strangers- no problems here at all. Thank you Anna and Izzy
