Sydney Hotel Shuttle

Absolutely awful experience with this place. We booked a shuttle from the airport. Called when we arrived 5 minutes before our booking time and we where told the shuttle will be another 30-45 minutes. After 25 minutes we called again and where told it will be another 30-45 minutes. Person on the phone was very difficult to understand with only 2 in 3 words making sense. It was stressful and not the experience you want when getting of a plan in a strange place. Uber was the same price for 2 people to the CBD. Hope you pay with paypal so you can easily claim a dispute against them if they don't provide the service they have contracted to you.

nobody showed up at all, amount was debited from my account but never refunded.

I booked this shuttle service after seeing 6 five star reviews on yellow pages. But apparently, my time with this hotel shuttle is the WORST experience I've had in Sydney. My trip in both directions was assigned to a -> tall male Chinese driver

Absolutely the best & cheap shuttle service I can get in Sydney area. The gentleman driver was very patient and friendly, had a safe/smooth drive both ways. Also they responded to my emails politely and quickly, I will definitely use them again. Very reasonable prices and cheap compared to other private shuttles.
