I have a hearing with the tribunal next week. Mark offered me a deal with another company. How can i trust him after they have already taken off with my deposit

This business is a scam. Beware! I believe Garry Hamilton gave me a quote for plantation shutters for only one reason- to steal my deposit of $2500. I also believe he has been operating this so called " business" as an excuse for robbing people of their hard earned money. He is a crook and a coward as he hasnt got the guts to reply to phone calls, text messages or emails. Havent heard a word from him since i put my money into his bank account. Bronwyn

Yep Ive been stung also.
Ordered two shutters in April gave them 50% deposit and now cant get in contact with them.
I have taken them to Fair trading and hope others do the same.
Beware.

Yep, ive been stung! I ordered 5 shutters on 1 April, 2016 and paid 50% deposit. Cant get hold of either Garry or Mark to this day. Very unprofessional to say the least. I'm taking it further and hopefully will get my money back. Not happy and would recommend to anyone - don't!!

Took Gary and Mark over 5 months to deliver the roller blinds after numerous unanswered phone calls, emails and texts to both men. Blinds were incorrect sizes, no spring assist rollers installed as quoted, incorrect chain sizes on all blinds, blinds not originally measured correctly. Never come back to finish the job. Had to order the remainder of the blinds ourselves through ebay. Complete nightmare, very unprofessional, unreliable business who are happy to quote a job, take a 50% deposit and wipe their hands clean of you. Better off paying the extra money and using another company! Would NEVER recommend.

Still waiting for shutters ordered in December 2015 paid deposit they don't return calls

Poor buisness skills. 3 months to finish what was started. Numerous measurement mistakes. Poor tradesman skills. Kept making excuses that they couldnt contact me and this was the reson why they couldnt finish.
